Nothing good happens at night, least of all this.
Anything worth doing happens during daylight hours. As I get older, I drift more and more into folksy farm wisdom.
Wake up with the sun. Make hay while the sun shines. Only degenerates without responsibility go out at night, unless you’re a poor soul on third shift.
Astrophotography is the only thing worth doing late at night
In the Western world? No. Too much light pollution just makes it impossible to see stuff, sadly.
It's not hard to get away from the light pollution, unless you live in a coastal blue state shithole. I drive a half hour and can see the milky way decently clearly.

Can you imagine the extra "just in case" deep cleaning that will be needed after this event? Though Disney may no longer care about being linked to a probable "sudden, mysterious mpox outbreak" if their cleaning staff do not sterilize every flat surface, doubly so for those in the dark or away from cameras.
