In fact, if you look at the demographics of law school students, blacks are over represented largely at the expense of asian students.
Ultimately, affirmative action is doing no favors to the less qualified black students when over the long term, 20% will never pass the bar and become licensed attorneys. They still have the massive law school debts and the school already got paid so they don't care.

The qualified black students are screwed by affirmative action too, because rightly or wrongly, they're lumped in with the unqualified students.
