I think that this is another example of what happens when you use affirmative action to place less qualified black students into law school over more qualified white and asian students. In fact, if you look at the demographics of law school students, blacks are over represented largely at the expense of asian students.

Ultimately, affirmative action is doing no favors to the less qualified black students when over the long term, 20% will never pass the bar and become licensed attorneys. They still have the massive law school debts and the school already got paid so they don't care.

They then become “community organizers” and make their money grifting and entering local politics

Not fair to qualified white or Asian students and you are doing unqualified black students zero favors. I’m sure at least some will blame racism as the reason they failed. Precisely why I laugh when I’ve heard some black people complain about the perception that they didn’t earn the position they have. This is what happens when you have affirmative action

The qualified black students are screwed by affirmative action too, because rightly or wrongly, they're lumped in with the unqualified students.

Many people are happy to be lumped into the "graduated" and "got a good job" categories.

It's also unfair to the people who are forced to rely on their services

Agreed. Quite the ripple effect

At least in this case, they can't become lawyers unless they pass the bar exam. However, I've heard rumblings from left wing interest groups (and Robert Barnes who ought to know better) wanting to do away with the bar exam. If that happens, good luck everybody who ever needs a lawyer.

Got it. So to make up for past injustices, Blacks must be given a Disparate Impact Bonus added to every exam score. EZ.

Why is the BAR so racist towards black people?

Why is Chess so racist towards black people?

Why is chess so sexist towards women?

What do you call a medical student who graduates bottom of her class?

Doctor.

Use OP’s information when you choose a doctor or a lawyer.

That sounds about right given the 20+ gap in IQ.

I wonder how much of it is from better schools/tutors and how much of it is actually from racism of low expectations?
