I can swim but I didn't learn that in highschool however I have still used algebra more as an adult than I have been swimming. (I am repulsed by public pools after being on fatpeoplehate).

We had mixed-gender swimming classes at my High School. I’m pretty sure the whole way through (so up to 15, while PE is still compulsory)…
I don’t think it ever caused any serious issues…
Then again, if there even were Muzzies, they kept to themselves, and none wore hijab, so… 🤷🏻♂️
