I don't understand why "Beijing Communist Party (CCP)" is woke. Changing "Chinese" to "Beijing" doesn't seem to help the CCP in any way, and might be an attempt to deny the legitimacy of the CCP as "China" for example in favor of Taiwan.
Beijing Communist Party /= CCP. Chinese Communist Party = CCP. It's called the "Chinese Communist Party", that's it's name...well it's officially the Communist Party of China but that's not Communist Party of Beijing either.
And it's most definitely not as some bold support to support Taiwan, as with his simping of Ukraine and attacking German MEP Christine Anderson as "vile & racist" PP has proven himself simply to be a coward.

The truly based move would be to call them 'The Beijing Communist Party', and start referring to Taiwan as The Republic of China.
