Imagine someone buying the rights for ultima and making an honest attempt at 9(and maybe a fix of 8).... As well as remakes, obviously. There's tons of fan remakes but a true remake of some of the older ones(especially 4) would be amazing. Another underworld would be fun, too.
And hell, bioware, dice, and maxis might benefit from being split off because they won't have to push woke crap anymore, but only if they let it happen…
Also the lord of the rings and harry potter games would likely just get scoped up by warner bros interactive.

Just the games made by Peter Molyneux alone would be nice. Populous, Black and White, and some random other would be amazing to play again.

Meh, none of the talent that made the studios that EA owns interesting is still there. They are husks paraded around for cred.
