Maybe they should sell some of the IP they're sitting on, if they're so worried about capital.

Imagine someone buying the rights for ultima and making an honest attempt at 9(and maybe a fix of 8).... As well as remakes, obviously. There's tons of fan remakes but a true remake of some of the older ones(especially 4) would be amazing. Another underworld would be fun, too.
