I believe there's two possibilities for heart damage: 1) spike protein itself damages the heart big time, like even a little bit does huge damage or 2) mRNA gets into the blood and directly damages the heart.
They've studied 2 in rats and the rats all got big time heart damage. As far as I know scientists have never injected just spike protein into the blood and found heart damage.
What they've done is like this study look at people with heart damage and find spike protein in the blood, but that could be due to mRNA getting into the blood and then into heart/vascular cells.
Or the spike protein is damaging and the mRNA creates a situation where the body is exposed to way more cumulative spike proteins than it would see with a regular infection, leading to more notable injury than just an infection.
Sad thing is, even if you showed this to people they'd go right back to parroting the same nonsense and you'd be labelled a conspiracy theorist for even bringing it up.

Both myself and my brother warned people in 2020 that they shouldn't inject themselves with mostly-untested experimental substances with unknown long term side effects and questionable efficacy, that's furthermore rumoured to cause clotting and heart attacks. Very few people listened to us. They made their choice, and likely have clotting in their arteries, veins and capillaries already, regardless of their acknowledgment. Even if they were to now regret their decision, can they do anything to remove those clots? Is there any medicine they could take that would dissolve them and counteract the mRNA injections?
If asked, I will express my honest thoughts, but I'm done proselytizing to people. They chose not to listen, decided to label me as a nutjob, and there's basically nothing I can say that would change their opinion of me enough for them to listen to my words. They will need to experience consequences firsthand before they wake up. A failed pregnancy, heart attacks, myocarditis, necrosis, death of loved ones, etc. Until then, their heads will firmly stay buried in the sand. But even if they were to regret their decision, it'll be too late to change anything by then.

They made not taking the shot look so bad that even those with profound skepticism were not going to stand up for themselves, not even to uphold basic standards of empirical examination of what was being administered, to even want to know beyond the hypotheticals earned you a tinfoil hat. They proved that most people value comfort, social status, and employment over intellectual honesty, common sense, and life itself.
And on this topic, so much of normie life is so ornamental that they will die for vogue. Even if it is fucking ridiculous. Remember how they'd smoke "because it was cool" and if you didn't you were some kind of dweeb? Slippery slope. Now it's "inject your kid with the mystery goop or you're a fucking whackjob and a bad parent! You will be the big hen if you do, everyone will think you're ahead of the curve! So witty and informed! I think a lot of the problem and the solution both reside in what is fashionable. Now that a lot of this has come out... strangely enough, no one is being put on the hotplate, those in the know hide and say shit along the lines of "we were operating at the speed of science!" "people just wanted to keep their jobs!" "please don't say pureblood!".
That said, I think there should first be a push towards the complete social ostracization of those who viciously propagated vaccination propaganda it should make them look especially bad.
It's a huge fuckin' rug, one they intend to sweep us under. All for a big wealth siphon, a big wall to lock out any new wealth under a new system where there is only the illusion of class mobility, and the blissful and willing subordination of any future peasant revolt.
