I'm incredibly uncomfortable with the idea of revoking degrees for anything other than severe academic misconduct, but it was an honorary arts degree so it never really counted for two reasons
Credentialism is garbage generally, and a mark of inferiority under the current regime. If anything, this strengthens his claim to being a good artist.
My favorite ridiculous revocation was when they took away Putin's taekwondo blackbelt. That was also honorary (although he's an actual blackbelt in judo I believe), so it's not as ridiculous as it first sounded...but still. They took away a dude's blackbelt. Hahaha. Honk honk.
Well, next we will take away his judo black belt as well. Take that, Vova! Did you really think you could do what we do on the regular and get away with it?!?

You are correct. Relevant to the degree that was granted. So if your dissertation was a fraud, then it's OK. If you continue on to commit fraud, or be Hitler, then it doesn't matter - it's immaterial and irrelevant.

Write a New York Times article describing a fight to the death between an African-American Hitler and a Hitler who advocates strongly for inclusion and diversity.
In a stunning display of violent protest, a fight to the death between two Hitlers erupted in the city of New York this evening.
On one side was African-American Hitler, a controversial figure who has been advocating for a racially exclusive, Nazi-style society. On the other side was Inclusion Hitler, a man who has been championing for an all-inclusive world, free from bigotry and hate.
Though the fight was brief, it was clear that both men were equally matched, as they traded blows and taunts until the very end. African-American Hitler appeared to be gaining the upper hand as he cornered Inclusion Hitler, but at the last minute, Inclusion Hitler managed to break away and deliver a fatal strike to his opponent.
The death of African-American Hitler has sparked a huge debate among New Yorkers, with some believing that his death was justified, while others feel that it was an act of violence that should not have been allowed to happen.
What is certain, however, is that this fight has highlighted the stark divisions in the city, and the need for a more unified and tolerant society.

Credentials in art are particularly useless, especially today where they don't even teach anatomy.
I hope they do.
Because while we know that Harvard is a fraud, few others do.
Once they start pulling degrees for political reasons, that will cause major damage to its reputation.

To take someone's blackbelt away you should be required to physically come and take it.

I'm pretty sure it was an "honorary" degree in this case. Revoking ACTUAL degrees is asking for a lawsuit.

Reminds me of someone, was apparently antisemitic, also ran for high office, can't remember the name ah well not important
Sometimes, history is a comedy show and we are having a re-run episode..

That take was a bit funny, black washed Hitler would make for a fun movie, hopefully not reality.
Nothing can beat Pro-Diversity Hitler.
I want to see the Pro-Diversity Hitler vs Diverse Hitler cage match.
A disappointing ending. Poor Kanye.
