Even if everything is entirely legitimate, just the fact that this keeps happening only raises questions for anyone sane. Now they're saying we won't know Arizona until next week. How does it take a week to count the ballots if you are being above board?

I think the GOP will likely squeak out the narrowest majority in the House despite the usual Dem efforts to steal.
The CA GOP never wins any statewide races but they actually ballot harvest pretty competently for House races. The CA incumbent seats are probably in a good position to hold on.
