Chinese are less duplicitous about their actual allegiance to their motherland. Especially nowadays. Used to be kinda that the only Chinese over here were defectors, and I mean they were culturally Chinese no doubt but maybe not most exemplary comrades. Nowadays, they only allow people to come over if they have sterling social credit scores. And when they get here they're not guilty about socialism with Chinese characteristics.
