Can't say I give enough fucks about how a woke show isn't woke enough.
If it doesn't involve crawling around in a steel box, mad as hell, playing musical chairs with a bunch of other people crawling around in their boxes -- it's fake as hell.
I feel like a show made for white people involves a badminton or lacrosse tournament in it somewhere.
That would make it much more entertaining.

It has been a while since I saw the first season, but I remember it being pretty good. Can’t comment past that point as I only ever watched season one (which is most likely an indictment of the shows quality, but I can’t remember)
True but sometimes a good show will attract a wide variety. To this day I watch Leave it to Beaver or Beverly Hillbillies and I know plenty of white people who enjoyed Cosby Show or Fresh Prince. But I get your point. Nothing wrong with marketing to a specific audience but don’t be surprised if it fails like the way you see male dominated hobbies trying to market to women who aren’t interested

Absolutely agree. I used to get annoyed when my grandparents watched it but as an adult I really appreciate those shows
