And you know it's not limited to rape because that would mean women having to take responsibility for their own actions (media.scored.co)

Notice how they use the term "men" for the father. Does that mean a dude can get out of this by transing himself?

Cool, can men sue women for unintended pregnancies too? With jail time if they deliberately sabotage contraceptives and baby-trap him?

No. Only men have agency.

No no, it's worse than that. Women have agency sometimes, such as when it works to win them an argument or qualifies them for a right or a privilege. They just suddenly don't have it when it means taking responsibility.

Not to overuse a tired joke but "Schrodinger's competence" perfectly describes feminism's crowning achievement. It might have been the first modern example of doublethink, and it paved the way for the rejection of reality that dominates clown world.

Isn't this the way it is now? She pops a kid out and the father becomes her meal ticket. How does this change things?

How does this change things?

Men would pay twice now.

But yeah, it's basically how it is now but, y'know... liberal women...

The whole headline sounds so unpersonal. Like in, they could sue anyone they want whenever they get pregnant.

Hey, I'm suing RDJ, it's his fault I got in heat and fucked this drug dealer

Unintended pregnancies

The only possible unintended pregnancies I can imagine are either the result of rape or the result of failing birth control. In the second case it is unintended for both, so I'd suggest they should go kick rocks.

On its face I see nothing wrong here. This is a win for men. Men will earn a de facto voice in the wholesale argument around marriage and child rearing instead of ‘a womans right to choose’ and the rest of that jingoistic feminist nonsense. You just played yourselves feminazis.
