For Frost, his roots are in organizing, working as an activist since the Sandy Hook massacre in 2012 and most recently serving as the national organizing director for March For Our Lives, a youth-led group advocating for increased gun control policy. He's also a survivor of a separate incident of gun violence.

Zimmerman pursuing Martin was the act that the prosecution decided voided his presumption of self defense and allowed him to be brought to trial. As it turns out, Zimmerman was wrong about Martin not belonging there because he was a guest of his dad.
It's still a righteous shoot because Martin went thug life on Zimmerman and learned the hard way not to start a fist fight with someone concealed carrying. However, had Zimmerman stayed in his car like he was told to, Martin would be alive today and Zimmerman wouldn't have had his life ruined by the trial.

If you watched the trial, you'd know Trayvon made it all the way back to his house before he decided to head back and attack Zimmerman.
