The retardation goes too many layers deep!

Point #1: Crime in Democrat cities kills infinitely more people than the "Insurrection" did. So the question is fair.

#2: He said cities, not states. If it's the cities that are where the crime is, why does it matter what state it's in? Also, why not take it all the way up to federal while we're at it? 100% of cities in America with the highest crime - or even crime at all - reside in a country with a Democrat president.

And then the Imgur bots eat it up and repeat even stupider nonsense.

AOC is, as usual, lying by misdirection.

No, she's just lying outright, unless there's a newer link with big changes.

CBS news - deadliest cities in the US - archive link here, but mostly useless due to slideshow

#10 - Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Governor, Tony Evers, D

#9 - Albuquerque, New Mexico. Michelle Lujan Grisham, D

#8 - Stockton, California. Gavin Newsome, D

#6 - Cleveland, Ohio (tie) - Mike DeWine, R

#6 - Little Rock, Arkansas (tie) - Asa Hutchinson, R

#5 - Springfield, Missouri - Mike Parson, R

#4 - Baltimore, Maryland - Larry Hogan, R

#3 - Memphis, Tennessee - Bill Lee, R

#2 - St. Louis, Missouri - see #5

#1 - Detroit, Michigan - Gretchen Whitmer, D

So, 4 out of 10 have D governors and I believe every single governor on this list was governor when CBS news published the list in 2020. If you add in #11 and #12, both in CA, then it's 6 out of 12 have D governors.

Every one except Stockton and Springfield, so 8/10.

The only one with a Republican mayor is Stockton. Springfield's mayor is independent.

I'd place the blame on Mayors. After all, they're responsible for their respective PDs and their corruption, as well as the policies that lead directly to crime and mayhem.

"It's mayham out there, T!"

Surprised Chicago isn't in the top ten.

Interesting that the majority of the list consists of Southern states. Who knows what that means? Probably nothing. Maybe it has to do with the number of black people in the population.

Detroit remains #1! Way to go!

I'm skeptical of the list. I'm thinking they're using some dumb methodology. New York, Jersey, Chicago, LA are all absent.

Either the list is just straight up stinky or those cities don't report a lot of their crime similar to how Europeans do for their Muslims.

I'm thinking they're using some dumb methodology. New York, Jersey, Chicago, LA are all absent.

The measurement they use is 'violent crime' per capita, data from 2019.

Wouldn't you know, she actually gave a source if someone actually clicked through to the tweet. Statistics appear to be murder per capita based in 2019. https://archive.ph/nx8fB

St Louis, MO
Baltimore, MD
Birmingham, AL
Detroit, MI
Dayton, OH
Baton Rouge, LA
New Orleans, LA
Kansas City, MO
Memphis, TN
Cleveland, OH

She may not be lying. I mean, she's really really dumb, like completely retarded dumb. She may honestly believe the bullshit drivel that she writes.
