I mean you would have to be evil enough to shoot rando's minding their own business to also want to write any essay over 20 pages, and that's pushing it.
Because they have ambitions far beyond what a lone gunman or half a dozen arsonists can achieve. Somebody who wants to kill Merkel, Erdogan and Khan needs a movement that spans a continent, which means they need to inspire men they've never met to take up arms for that common cause.

I understand mental illness and reduced faculties-- but this level of mistargeted rage is inconsistent with a 180 page screed. It's a stretch to think that the disturbed individual had the patience to write such a thing when the attack itself was so mistargeted.
