But from the perspective of a leftist redditor, they justify each move to themselves, become comfortable with it, and then when the next crazy thing happens they say, "well that's not too crazy" and they justify that too.

I'm going to give Imp his due here. It makes sense that it's a girl telling this to a boy because it's a very feminized way of thinking. Boys will typically brush off an offhanded remark while a girl will fucking stew on it. I've seen women express anger at off hand remarks that someone said to them decades ago.
They should add that micro or actual aggression is accepted as long as it is against white people, men or Christians.

If you need this crap to have self esteem there is a problem. I’m beyond sick of this endless talk of race. This is a majority white country if that bothers you find a country of your choosing. As a Christian I try to love everyone but these are some seriously twisted people who have this endless obsession with race.
