You could argue that parents of trans children are capable of grooming their children too. Perhaps a mother wanted a girl but had a boy instead, and she ends up feminizing him or encouraging him down that path. Legalizing it would only make more people try to do the same thing to their kids.
Not to mention this shit is borderline pedophilia. Kids shouldn't be involved with sexuality.
