they would never use nuclear warfare, if that was even on the table they would have already done it. they wont even bomb anywhere, as soon as you start to destroy infrastructure it bleeds into other areas. if they drone striked the wrong place on the east coast there goes half the us power grid and half the country starts rioting and burning down more infrastructure thus causing more issues. its not worth it when you can just poison ever and leave the infrastructure intact
