It doesn't help the Goolag censors any results from this site. That's a problem that will have to be solved or worked around before it can replace Faggit. The admins are also going to need to be a bit more hands on wrt to situations like the metacanada head mod going full blown tranny janny, especially if they start allowing users to create their own communities. We can't afford to allow cancerous shitholes like r/AHS and r/SRS to set up shop here and continue attacking the communities they harassed off of Faggit. Despite those obstacles I still think this site has the best shot of displacing the festering sewer run by Steve "Spez" Cuckman and his troon harem.
Adding onto my other comment, I know this will be controversial but the admins might want to consider revisiting the porn ban in their TOS. At least consider the pros of the added engagement vs the cons of promoting degeneracy, and maybe that comes down to only allowing certain kinds of porn. Definitely no tranny shit. Maybe look at the porn subs Faggit banned last year and see if there's any community they could give refuge to.
There's plenty out there. Anything put here would just be links or duplicated waste of resources.
But personally I just never understood "communities" around porn. That's weird to me. Get your rocks off however you like, but don't tell people about it.

Same here, but I believe it's mostly about curating porn of a particular type/theme/fetish more than it is about discussing it. Then again the internet made it possible for sickos to find sick friends to do disgusting shit with, so maybe you're right. I'm not saying they should absolutely allow porn, just that having a discussion about the pros and cons of it is a good idea. The points you bring up should absolutely be part of that discussion. They should carefully evaluate every possible way to get this site to take off, even if they ultimately decide "Fuck no!" on any given idea after due consideration. The sooner Faggit is knocked off its perch the better.
Lots of good info here. It really is a case of you having to be the change you want to see. Part of why I've started posting things more instead of just commenting or lurking.
TL:DR: Stay here on .win and post the content you want to see regularly and often. If people comment on your post, respond to them (it helps with the appearances of an alive and active community which will lead to more engagement).
Mainly with this part, but I guess the rest in general, but it's just interesting how a lot of this info sounds pretty similar to what youtubers have to do with building their audience, increasing community engagement, improving the odds the almighty algorithm promotes their material. Though I guess this is just 'basic' social media marketing.
Sorry bro but any institution that isn't explicitly based will eventually become cucked.
The neomarxists have created their world where here is only revolutionaries and counterrevolutionaries and no respite from "the struggle".
The closest you will get is something like the gaming and diy .wins where they virtue signal rules to prohibit "racism" but otherwise things tend to be on topic. Unfortunately there isn't much traffic.
Other than that you have scattered forums and chat rooms but anything remotely popular and centralized eventually will become either subverted or will be destroyed.
Scattered forums with unique users are better IMO. Sites like reddit try to shoehorn a bunch of unique cultures and interests into a single place, which works about as well as it does IRL.
Edit: the only reason "one stop shop" sites like reddit even exist at all is to be attractive targets for investors trying to maximize the profitability of the site. It benefits them, not you.
There are federated sites like poa.st or freespeechextremist which do a good job of replacing Twitter. I don't think there are any that copy reddit's style that are popular and anti-censorship.
Look for independent forums based around your interests. A couple examples of places I hang around being CheapAssGamer for game trading and GBAtemp for game stuff. The latter is mostly console modding and homebrew. There's a handful of others for other non-gaming interests. I would never endorse any of these sites as being perfect politically, but it's not often a key part of the discussions and is far off from Reddit-level.
Extra bonus, they are all separate sites so if you're talking about how to mod your Gameboy you're not going to get some clown digging your history and derailing your post into how you posted on an entirely different forum how you think trannies are mentally ill.
Not really unless you want to go back to specific gaming/hobby forums that may or may not be just as draconian as Reddit. I strongly encourage you start original posting yourself to be the answer you seek. I know that’s not a great option, but there are no great options anymore.

I've been on discussons.app which is blockchain based and supposedly uncensorable
not many people there but looks promising enough
Why not start new ones here? Someone has to lead the way in replacing shitty commie social media sites.
Saidit is worth a look.
