There are federated sites like poa.st or freespeechextremist which do a good job of replacing Twitter. I don't think there are any that copy reddit's style that are popular and anti-censorship.

I've been on discussons.app which is blockchain based and supposedly uncensorable

not many people there but looks promising enough
