Meanwhile, here in reality, there is a fairly decent amount of Anime targeted at gay and lesbian individuals, or that at least appeals to them. Its just that Japan seems to remember that you can make different things for different people and let them pick what they want. So they just let it all get made and as long as it makes money they leave it be.
