They knew. The point of Biden coming out with that EO, knowing full well it was unenforceable and will never be in effect, was to encourage corporations to just do it anyway.

The companies, many of the largest corporations not wanting to leave employees or customers in uncertain limbo, will just start adopting it to move forward and get it over with. Companies like Walmart and Amazon don’t care. And once the big players adopt it, many of the smaller players will too.

It's valid until a court rules it isn't. And lawsuits take time. Years even. In the meantime you aren't working. Are you prepared for this?

Biden et. al. is betting you aren't. And if/when bailouts come, who do you think will get them? Not the unvaccinated.

This is a game of chicken, and our goal is to not be the first to flinch.

Yes, this is the document. It is also from Osha Canada or specifically Ontario. I don't know how their Osha is set up. Irrelevant to USA.

Before it even gets to OSHA regs, doesn't it make a mockery of the US Tenth Amendment anyway?

I mean, yeah, I get where you're going, by why accept that your constitution is optional and try and nail it on OSHA regs instead?

Unfortunately that document seems to be a piece of Canadian legislation that shares the same acronym.

References to Ontario all over it and some of the terms are defined bilingually with French.

This is a Canadian "Occupational Health and Safety Act" whilst the OSHA in the EO is the "Occupational Health and Safety Administration"

Just FYI, in case anyone wants to read/watch the actual OSHA medical surveillance standards for the United States (Code of Federal Regulations):
