If you think 10% of people over 18 are against the COVID vaccine, that's around 24 million. If your chance of catching and dying from COVID is 1/1000 that's 24,000 people who die from COVID who are against the vaccines. None of those numbers are exact, but you can see how because of the scale of things how easily they can occur. For the same reason, we see a lot of post about people who made pro vaccine posts and died from vaccine complications.
