Vegetarians and vegans often live delusional lives, they find eating dead meat revolting and therefore have to justify forcing everyone else to live like them. This is why we get vegan “nutrition” science, why they glom onto climate change veganism, and why they’d rather you eat bugs.

Something tells me Klaus Schwab and his ilk don't eat the bugs. They just want others to eat the bugs. Same way travel restrictions don't apply if you're a politician or very rich.

being normal and being reminded constantly that no one gives a shit about your feels.

I wish nobody gave a shit. My fucking hand soap is now labeled "vegan".

so, who is surprised that when omnivore cuts some essential nutrient sources from plate, they start to get nutrient deviancy

No way. If you don't eat bacon, you're more depressed?

A new study found that vegetarians suffer from depression more often than non-vegetarians.

As with all nutritional studies that's just a correlation, though. They can't tell whether vegetarianism leads to depression or whether depression leads to vegetarianism, or maybe something else causes both.

My guess is a mixed. Lack of protein can't be good for you and I do feel good eating a nice juicy stake.

However I assume a lot of those going vegan are also doing it for attention to feel special and authoritarian. So basically leftists and leftists do tend to be more depressed.

I'd say its vegetarism goes to depression; on one front you are depriving a lot of essential nutrients from your body, on other hand you loose sense of belong to general group and become member of exclusive group, problem with exclusive groups being that exchanging views is generally prohibited, and so is thinking

There have also been studies that found that liberals are more likely to be mentally ill. As vegetarians are likely to be liberals it's hard to tell what's the chicken and what's the egg.

It turns out that depriving your body of the chemicals in meat is REALLY bad for you.

It's not just protein, but having deficiencies in nutrients like thiamin, heme iron, vitamins B6/B12, etc. can completely destroy you physically and mentally. Supplements exist, but often can't meet the exact balance that you get from consuming meat.

There's unfortunately a reason that the crazy rainbow vegan scarecrow is a stereotype.
