I was wondering where I could get Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin without a prescription, because worst case scenario I could get screwed over by a corrupt doctor if I become critical with this crap.

Be careful with HCQ. Although the current warnings about it are exaggerated, it's still not recommended if you have a heart condition or potentially contributing factors. (arrhythmia, obesity, diabetes, family history) I see the other person already commented but Ivermectin is used in veterinary medicine and easy to get.
It's easy to get ivermectin for horses... but it's probably made in China and laced with melamine or god know's what or isn't a controlled concentration that you can measure out.
Human drugs are made in China and laced with rocket fuel and other fun things.
