Ruling: False (you're a bigot if you believed it was true). Press Secretary Jen Psaki said that the federal government was only flagging Facebook posts they didn't like, not removing the posts in question. This means that Facebook is still choosing to delete the posts themselves and there is no government involvement in the actual suppression of free speech. None at all. Facebook is a private company and this is them practicing their free speech.
That was my exact thought. Congrats Jen, you just made Trump's lawsuit against Facebook viable. It'll now survive summary judgment and get to discovery, and I suspect that'll open up pandora's box.
