Perhaps, but this is the rarest of all things - an evident leftist who is happy to sit down and consider the facts as well as their opponents' points of view.

It's not a perfect rendition and he gets one or two things wrong but it's still an excellent piece.

He means whoever it is which appears to be trying to control it all. Whether that's the deep state or whoever else.

Possibly he does mean The Deep State but another way to view that word (Regime with capital R) is the "monoparty". That would be the long serving politicians of both major US parties and other people that support most parts of the current government and policies. The (relative) moderates of both sides who generally favour the military, military intervention, some parts of the welfare state, lax security on the Mexican border, large government agencies of all kinds.

regime is just a normal word for government that has gotten a bad connotation through us-propaganda.

i prefer the word junta. the us-junta, the german junta, etc. pisses off normies way harder.

You're right but the linked post consistently uses Regime with a capital R. That is often done to refer to a specific implication that shouldn't otherwise exist. In this case I think we are to see Regime as not just the government and president.

I mean, I see it more as an attack on our nationalism. Kneeling for the Anthem means you don't care for what this nation provides you.

If you're willing to kneel like that you should fuck right off back to Somalia.

This is shockingly well written and basically 100% accurate.

I'm not from the US and yeah it very accurately captures what I saw too. I don't mean to be a hype fag but I really think this will end badly for them. Too many of us have opened our eyes at this point and you can't un-ring a bell. There are still millions of fucktards who believe the propaganda, but they don't matter. They don't stand for anything and will fight for nothing. They are just background noise, and will happily change tune once the tide shifts. Our enemy is not them, but rather the elite who have weaponized the sheep against us.

It's about as well written as anything on twitter possibly can be, that's for sure.

I don't think it's even possible for someone to give a more accurate analysis of the current situation without being in possession of information currently known only to those inside the right layers of the US government itself.

There are a number of reports claiming Trump tried to invoke the insurrection act and was basically told "no" by the military. Reading between the lines, I think he walks a much narrower road than most people realize. If he'd said some of the things Biden has said, Trump would have been removed. Hell, they tried to remove him for the "crime" of investigating Biden's crimes.

Remember when a few officials came out and said they flat out disobeyed orders and lied to not pull out of the Middle East?

Like, just imagine straight up ignoring the Commander's Orders and then getting to come out and laugh about it. Just continuing a forever war and getting good men killed to spite the president and get some media backpats.

The idea that the press is driven by ratings/sensationalism became untenable.

See also the Hunter Biden story. (and the follow-up with Bobulinski) Sincere or not, I think Trump's team and the Chinese leakers were shocked that nobody except the NY Post picked it up. Apparently the media has collectively grown up and "sex sells" no longer drives them.

I hope this guy also sees how the behavior of the media, deep state, et. al did not just convince a bunch of Boomers to riot on 1/6, but...

It also converted a lot of us ex-leftists, I am one of them. Remember, a similar thing was done Sanders. The Regime ghosted him because they wanted Clinton to win, and because of that instead of joining Trump in trying to stop this shit, he bowed down and tried to bend over for the Regime during the 2020 elections and promptly got pushed out by those who were working to put Biden into power.

I still believed in the sanctity of the Constitution and the US government, and when I started seeing not only the media attacking Trump, but anyone associated with him and then all these influential and powerful people going after him it made me realize that the "opponent" (aka those scary tradcon Republicans the alphabet soup networks and left wing media told me were the bad guys) were not who I should be worrying about. The fact there was a sizeable number of Republicans that wanted to stop Trump was a complete fucking red pill for me.

Wait, Trump? Isn't he one of the "1%"? The rich guy? Shouldn't the Republicans be backing him? Shouldn't media organizations be bending over backwards to appeal to him because he has giant wads of fuck you money?

That was the part that puzzled me throughout the 2016 campaign.

Then he won, and I laughed. I realized nobody on the left was expecting him to win. I saw all the warning signs that they were gonna lose, and the left fucking ignored ALL of them, and of course, they lost.

Then as I saw the attacks get worse and worse. The lies just continue to stack up that's when I realized it isn't just a left-right dichotomy. There's a "higher power" or "organization", whoever THEY may be, whether it's muh illuminati, or ( ( ( T H E M ) ) ), or the party of Davos, there was some sort of cabal or secret or maybe not-so-secret state that's bigger than the President of the most powerful nation in the world that has so much fucking power that it has the ability to manipulate our elections and power the media that tried so desperately to stop Trump.

That slow realization I made with all these other boomer default-Republicans is why I switched sides. I realized if I wanted to continue supporting the US, not only are you a fucking idiot if you claim you're a leftist, but you have to be aware of just how fucking important nationalism and populism are and acknowledging that the deep state/Regime exists, and it's now outsourced a majority of its propaganda and lies to WILLING corporate partners - the media and Big Tech.

I hope this guy does a thread/overview of how a lot of "disaffected liberals" like me got converted over. There's a small group that still calls themselves "progressives" (the Jimmy Dores, Glenn Greenwalds of the world) but I realized standing with the left is only contributing to the demise of our nation.

There was a good Timcast recently, I forgot who said it, but even the Jimmy Dores/Glenn Greenwalds of the world, who are leftists and hate Trump but are still fighting tooth and nail against the left and its false narratives are essentially conservatives. No, not by the default definition of conservative, but the fact is even these particular leftists, however misguided they are in their beliefs about Trump, are trying to defend what's left of the Republic. They're trying to "conserve" what our old views were about media and journalism and punditry. I know that annoys some folks who dislike the whole "muh diversity/big tent" narrative that the modern GOP has taken, but at this point this deep state or regime or whatever, as long as it continues to exist is alienating more and more US citizens.

It's already alienated almost the entire Republican population (not the politicians, unfortunately), and the only reason why default leftists haven't realized it yet is because they have ZERO awareness they're part of the Central Plan.

That's actually a pretty decent summary.
