Depends on the state. This shit isn't flying at all where I live (gun sanctuary, can run over rioters, Sheriff WILL arrest any Antifa and BLM if they cause trouble to the point that no one showed up to a BLM protest that was planned and everyone has atleast 1 gun). DON'T live in blue states or blue run areas and make sure your DA is not a Demoshit.
Because those areas don't enforce the laws against black mobs, and they signal to thugs that anything goes.
