Portland's entire riot squad finally resigned en masse, leaving the city open for the Antifa to sack at will (twitter.com)

It boggles my mind that people would look around and say, "well, I'm a Democrat, and my state is entirely controlled by Democrats, and when I say entirely I mean the fucking dog catcher is a committed Democrat and so is everyone on up to the governor ....and my state sucks! I think I'll move to a Republican state which is clean and safe and sane ...and then vote in some Democrats"

I just literally don't get it. Do you ever meet CA refuges and talk to them? Do you ask them if they have considered the possibility that their political beliefs will turn Idaho into the exact thing they left behind?

They don't make the connection, ever. They think the reason California sucks is because of some vague external force that they can't control, like every leftist "problem". It's never what's actually happening, it's always the invisible hand of white supremacy or systemic racism or global warming or whatever. It's always something that has no form or definition and cannot ever be defeated because it doesn't actually exist, which conveniently gives the left a perpetual reason to seek more power.

I mean it's not an unreasonable argument in california that the states problems are because of the massive tech / rich influx.

But then you go over to Portland, and they don't teally have an excuse.

I'm almost certain that most of them are not as dumb as we thought.

It's just they are the "plausible" excuse for the demofascists to stuff ballots and use dominion to flip elections with.

Isn't it unusual how the state flipped blue, we ask? No, no, no say the demofascists, you just got a ton of california migrants! (actual election results are a much bigger swing than that with other discrepancies, but the migrants get the blame not the cheaters.)
