It's unfortunately hopeless. Lots of faggots support this cretin as an expert, it hasn't changed that much since the beginning.
Worse, like everything, it's strongly divided among party lines: Democrats have a lot of confidence, while Republicans have visibly less but I think it's still about half of them or more in favor.
With the vax and "opening up" or "return to normal", all of this is naturally going to be swept under the rug.
