India is investigating the people behind the "toolkit", a set of instructions to support protesting farmers in India on social media.
Everyone's favorite ultra-chromosomal toddler, Greta Thunberg, accidentally posted it on Twitter. That toolkit just happened to contain a lot of the talking points that celebrities were regurgitating, meaning someone behind the scenes fed it to them to influence Indian politics.
It's slang from politicalcompassmemes, for authoritarian leftists pretending to be libertarian leftists, because the libleft quadrant is green and authleft is red.
This is the one I've heard and fits with other food related terms albeit less racially charged compared to things like "coconut/bounty [the coconut flavoured chocolate bar] /banana".
It's a phrase used to describe people that talk about environmentalism, but all of their solutions are just Communism. Green on the outside, red on the inside.
