It's literally a political movement as old as emancipation itself. It's racist if anyone else agrees with it though, so figure that out.

Crazy idea, but... If we actually punished and prosecuted wrongdoers, like the one who wrote this hateful message, maybe less people would be writing hateful messages?
Black people are scrawling anti-black hate all over, because they're never punished when it is found out they did it. We'd have half, less than half, a tiny fraction, of the anti-black hate we must live through every day, if we just locked up these black bastards who keep making this hateful remarks.
There's already a "disproportionate" number of Blacks in jails. If we actually started putting all the criminal Blacks caught there, and not just warning them, they'd be overflowing in no time and the shrill cries of racism would only intensify.
Solution: We're supposed to be a post-racial society, so don't report the skin tone of the criminal in the official reports, only in the evidence and/or suspect descriptions, not arrest records or jail demographics. Then the only people who care will be hardcore activists, the slacktivists who just go along to be part of a group activity will wander away.
Done. Racism is solved.
