There's a quite interesting psychological effect in play in that situation, which is exploited by these long trials.
People generally don't want to give up something they have access to, even if they don't really need it. They give you enough time to get used to having it, so that your brain is telling you it's an integral part of your life now.
I remember when I got trial Amazon Prime, to watch the first series of The Grand Tour. Years of renewals before I finally dumped it as a statement against "The Boys" for showing a guy getting graphically raped and murdered by a woman.
Meanwhile in the board room: "It was the fault of everything but the quality of our programming. Next quarter we intend to release a whole new lineup stressing diversity and equality."
We did. And we have a 3 year old, but she doesn't seem interested in the Disney princess movies and even if she did we already own them on some kind of disc.
I haven't seen a movie in forever, but I might go and see Fast and Furious 9. Cardi B having a cameo doesn't fill me with hope for it not being vile women's propaganda though.
Why bother? Marvel's movies ended with Infinity War. The heroes failed and half of them got snapped out of existence. The end. A radical shift from what you expect from Hollywood but a fairly satisfying end to a decade of buildup.
I'm not ready to celebrate. It is a difference between 103 and 110 million, is not that big of a deal.
This will work in their favor, they have good numbers and they can claim they did not reach their target so less bonusses and less pay raises for the employees.
I've seen this being done at every place I've worked, sometimes at ridiculous levels.
Is just normal greed, the left used to care about corporate greed but now they are woke and on their side so it does not matter anymore.
Clever way to prop up a failing business.
That was for only one year. I'm guessing all the people that took that deal cancelled their subscriptions before they had to start paying.
Isn't it practically the same price as just paying for it yourself, so is it really "free"/subsidized by the plan?
Verizon's stupid plans are head scratchers.
Yeah, it's why I went with T-Mobile. I have a grandfathered T-Mobile One plan back when it was just a $70 plan and nothing else. Taxes included too.
What's sad abou tthese stupid companies is that they've all gone woke. T-Mobile promoted a bunch of BLM fuckery and Verizon too.
And AT&T is shit where I am so there's really not much of a choice where I am. It's paying for the least evil at this point.
Deutsche Telekom
I stand corrected.

Who the fuck is disney's target audience?? The fuck?? Most of its audience are white or asian/chinese that consumes their shit.
But... they keep adding in lgtb and race/gender swap. Pretty sure chinese doesnt like that stuff either.
Millennial women.
Not you.
I'm guessing young women? Children will watch anything that's put in front of them, so their actual target audience seems clear to me.
They don't. Feminist ideology is banned in China across all social media, similar to how feminist controlled social media bans all dissenters.
I wonder how many of those were only subbed for Mandalorian dropped their sub when they fired Carano?
We did. And we have a 3 year old, but she doesn't seem interested in the Disney princess movies and even if she did we already own them on some kind of disc.
Own them on disc now before they are rewritten later. Seriously.
With the amount of time people have working from home, I would assume most people would just sail the high seas for their shows/movies.
I couldn't say, because the last movie I saw was The Joker.
I haven't seen a movie in forever, but I might go and see Fast and Furious 9. Cardi B having a cameo doesn't fill me with hope for it not being vile women's propaganda though.
You know it is a bummer cause yeah them charging $20+ for a viewing of these "new movies" at home...... and then they are just totally garbage ....
Aside from the mandalorian what did disney+ really have that you couldn't get somewhere else?
A lot of bad original shows like Wandavision and all the race baiting BS.
The only value in Disney+ is to have their back catalogue to throw on for your children or your overgrown child Disney-obsessed girlfriend.
They censor their fucking back catalog too!
Fuck I hate this woke culture.

If only.
Old Simpsons episodes, and that’s about it.
Honestly that is all I ever watched on it + a few early simpsons episodes and like... two movies.
Would be funnier if it missed it by 6 million.

Take away my red heads, get bent Mr. Mouse.
