The cops show up and after talking with the various parties tells the people of the house that Robert has every legal right to do what he is doing before leaving.
I've never really have been as I've been watching them since Mizzou professor attack a videographer several years ago for recording a public protest. I've also had threats against my personal safety from Portland BLM/Antifa because I will not shut down my livestreams and recordings to protect their criminal actions.

He suffers from a medical issue as I pointed out in another comment which is why his breathing is so labored. He still is fairly active on his feet despite that fact and makes the best of the issue.
