Yeah, I think this dude's been around for a while. First time I heard of him, he was being jacked up for some petty noise bullshit in a park while around the corner, a muslim preacher was giving away cigarettes to get the poor to come to his sermons ... this is illegal, you're not allowed to give out "free samples" of tobacco here, but of course it was ignored.
