Speaking in the House of Lords, Home Office Minister Baroness Williams said "On an experimental basis we will ask police forces to record and identify any crimes of violence against the person including stalking and harassment, and sexual offences where the victim perceives it to have been motivated by a hostility based on their sex".
She said data collection would "help us find solutions" to the problem of violence against women and girls.
However she added it was important "to ensure the law itself is coherent".
Responding to the announcement, Fawcett Society chief executive Felicia Willow said: "This is a major step forward in changing how we understand, address and prevent violence against women - and one that we hope will help change attitudes towards women.
If a woman "perceives" that she was raped because the rapist hates women, how the fuck does that help us "understand, address and prevent violence against women"?
Short of 'Minority Report' style pre-crime, which is fantasy anyway, this will do nothing positive and will further erode societal cohesion.
stalking and harassment, and sexual offences where the victim perceives it to have been motivated by a hostility based on their sex
So in other words, any anti-feminist activism is now misogynistic harassment and the police will come knocking to tell you to check your thinking.
The marxists must be laughing their asses off at Boris. When are we ever going to get an ACTUAL, commited conservative in office? Why are they all appeasers?
Now she checks your genitals to see if your crime deserves investigation.
The UK police will not bother to investigate any crime if it isn’t a “hate” crime. Victims advocates have recommended saying ‘he did it because of the color of my skin’ to get any kind of response.
However others have urged caution including minister Victoria Atkins who said in 2018 that: "Women are not a minority, and I would be hesitant to put us forward as one."
'Hate crimes' are a stupid idea, but you don't need to be a minority to suffer one.
A gender based curfew would violate human rights law and probably be struck down on that basis
Don't kid yourself, there is no such thing as 'human rights law'. There is only power. The reason it will never work, is because men being 49% of the population, and the 49% with the physical strength, they will never allow something like this.
Then again, after leaving the EU, the UK isn't really bound by those things
I have good news. The EU provides no protection for 'human rights' to begin with.

"Based on their sex".
Well that's good isn't it. It'll totally include cases of misandry. Yup. /sifitisntobvious
Working as designed.

Justice is supposed to be blind.

On the other hand misandry remains ok
Actually, no. If you read the linked article they are going to record when a crime is deemed to have been motivated by sex or gender.
This is actually a vicious blow to the feminists - they've been demanding a gendered law, whereas this one can be used against them.
On paper the law is gender neutral, but I doubt it will be enforced against misandry.

You willing to bet your future Ferrari on it?
within 5 years is an acceptable time table.
I'm afraid you're going to pussy out if it's too long.
I'll take the moral victory, thank you.
So when's the date?

As always. Based and redpilled.
