Didn't think they'd be stupid enough to try this. I guess after being handed everything they want for years on end they got emboldened. Talk about someone who's too big to cancel.
If Marshal couldn't be cancelled back in the 90's/early 2000's by people for being a successful white rapper. There is no chance they get rid of him for whatever they try to pin on him.
Out of musicians, rappers are the ones that I don't see getting cancelled. The closest they've gotten is Kanye, but the man is worth too much and is too big.
The rappers themselves don't fear going to prison because they've all done it and many have done so before they were huge enough to go to private luxury prisons. They aren't going to be afraid of cancel culture because they are immunized to it.
Otherwise you'd have someone try to go after DMX or other rappers for their extremely offensive lyrics towards everyone. It's just not going to work.
