I might have considering giving them a pass and welcoming them to the correct side, at least after they have suffered a total decimation of their livelihood in learning the lesson.
Then I read this:
And we heard multiple times how the law particularly hurt women, people of color and parents of children with disabilities
Nope, sorry, goodbye. Don't let the door hit you on the way out. I hear Burger King needs women in the kitchen.
There is no topping Hillary claiming war hurts women more. "The main victim of testicular cancer has always been women" might squeak by. Although these days that doesn't even sound that out of place.
I can see the headline now, "New bill passed in House that levies extra taxes to men and pays that money directly to women is dis-proportionally unfair against women." Sounds like something the Babylon Bee would say, which means it's soon to be true.
You're too late, they actually did that. Not in America though.
They sued the UK government for "inequality" because the Covid bailouts for women were not "proportional to their inequality in society." - This is while being the majority of those with their jobs protected by furlough, (which they spin as a bad thing) and the majority of the employed by a whopping 0.6% (This is a big number in terms of unemployment, despite how small it appears to be.)
Women are so fragile that literally everything hurts them, so I don't think its a wrong statement it just paints them in an increasingly pathetic light they don't intend.
Raise your voice slightly and 4/5 women will burst into tears without control. That's how easily hurt they are by the vaguest of inconveniences.
As always, I think its both. The narrative is deliberate from the top, but the average woman is not smart enough to think that complexly and deeply. They rely entirely on instinct and impulsiveness.
Many of them truly do think everything in this world is hurting them more than others because it feeeeeels move painful, because only women are pathetic enough to cry and vent emotionally about minor things.
Its not a kind image, its separating the useful idiot ranks from the leadership.
It's pathetic how much this person still wants to believe.
She's so close to realizing that the whole thing - including the "end to systemic racism, better support for families and children, increased voting rights and equity in schools" - are issues constructed solely to perpetuate the power of the Democratic establishment. That they are "feel-good policies" that appeal to emotion rather than reason.
But she clings to the desire to have it both ways. She wants all the Democrat policies except the one that hurts her, and never stops to consider whether those other policies are just as misguided and harmful.
Conquest's First Law and the closely related Gell-Mann Amnesia have been around for many decades. A lefty briefly realizing that a single lefty policy hurts them never amounts to anything so you can only really laugh and watch the world honk.

Maybe she can learn to code.
puts up Biden sign
Jokes aside, when do they ever claim anything doesn't hurt them. They're full of shit.

Xir’s lady-testicles and whatnot.
If I was about to start a charity for testicular cancer, I think this might unironically be the best slogan to go with.

I think you have a way too overly kind image of them.
I believe the "everything hurts us" narrative is deliberate, to take advantage of biological impulse.

She doesn't give a fuck about anyone else or, more likely, is ecstatic to watch other people trampled.
At least Trump isn't making mean tweets on the Internet!
