It was. We asked you all to be ethical.

6 years later and we've only been proven that that was far too big of an ask. As simple as, "don't incite 155 days of race riots, and act like it's peaceful" seems to still be out of reach.

Asking a journalist to abide by their own ethical standards is like asking a rock to evolve into a dragon.

You see the word ethics and think about integrity, honor, etc. He sees the word ethics and thinks about eliminating his enemies, namely anyone who tries to acknowledge reality. His substack is my window into the prevailing progressive mind.

I must also sadly point out that the anti-car rhetoric now proliferating among certain circles is overdone.

I don't believe that for a second.

Cars are the exact antithesis of what these people want. Having a car will be seen as a unacceptable luxury that promotes classism and individualism, eroding the progress of glorious revolutionary action.

If people are allowed to drive wherever they want, they may start to try and think whatever they want. And that's racist.

I don't believe Noah has any intention of allowing cars as you and I imagine them. He is a clever progressive that can always see where power is shifting, and the commie train obsession is outmoded. The progressive future is self-driving Uber electric that will always have a stranger in the passenger seat to hedge against thoughtcrimes. Travel will only be allowed to approved destinations.

Yes this exactly. At some point it will likely be illegal to own a non-automatic car. They will say oh it's for reducing auto accidents. Either that or they will increase the price exponentially and make the automatic option as cheap as possible.

They have proven themselves time and time again to be rabid extremists and/or irredeemably corrupt.

They need to be put down.

Easy there, we can't be fed-posting. Put down as in have their jobs lost because they're drunken pisshole prostitutes working on behalf of corporate paymasters at the expense of all things good.

I'm sure he just meant they're short on looks, absolutely deprived of any dress sense, has a figure like a Jurassic monster, very greedy when it comes to loot, no tact and wants to upstage everyone else.

Don't give the people behind The High Republic ideas

What kind of blessed, privileged-as-fuck, born-with-horseshoes-up-your-ass lucky life must you live, that despise for Gamergate tops your list, even in a top 20?

For fun, FREEWRITING, no thought involved, things I despise more than Game Journos, who are pretty terrible and the world would be better off without them, but still:

  1. Genocide. 2) targetted murder. 3) Nonspecific murder. 4) Thottery. 5) Preying on the mentally disabled. 6) Preying on the vulnerable. Sidenote freethought, many Game Journos do those last things, but I could envision one that doesn't, so they're separate categories. 7) Animal cruelty. 8) Proxy wars. 9) Japanese hornets. 10) Game devs who LISTEN to Game Journos (they are more culpable IMO). 11) Zealots who believe in faith over facts, for any belief system. 12) The concept of dishonesty. 13) Communism's executions in both senses of the word. 14) Slow deaths of starvation.

Aaand I hit backspace once, so no longer freewriting flow-of-thought. I could just type out famous dictators, of course, because ultimately, Game Journos are evil, amoral, hateful blights upon not only gaming society, but humanity at large... But they're ultimately powerless if people simply think critically and logically, logic being the arch-enemy of the Game Journo, like sunlight to vampires.

How privileged must your life be, that Gamergate is the miasma that plagues it?
