The book is exemplary of the abstruse circumlocutious obscurantism that distinguishes Marxists and can be reduced to one line, "There are no bad tactics, only bad targets."

Put it in the context of dictators makes it clearer: His belief is the only way to overthrow a tyrant, is to become a new tyrant, and the only way to overthrow him, is yet another tyrant in the future. His ideology leaves no room for repair, peace, growth, prosperty, or happiness, just the cycle of hatred and pain. No room for alternative solutions, only perpetual violence.
