The halfway reasonable sounding argument is that it was less people voting for Biden, and more them voting against Trump.
That said, this kind of apathy doesn't win elections. You'd think people would be tuning in, if for no other reason than to spite Trump supporters. If merely clicking a YouTube video is too much effort....
That argument falls apart in the face of Biden undervotes. I would believe Trump not bringing along the down ballot, but who the hell voted just for Uncle Joe?

I'm pretty sure I remember on election day the reports of underwhelming turnout in urban precincts. And photos of empty polling places where they were expecting lines of voters in Dem-heavy areas.

I don't even give a damn at this point, i've been largely apathetic about voting but i'm registering and voting in every goddamned election from here on out, local and federal, straight ticket republican. They can run on a platform of trampling my rights and coming to my house and assfucking me personally, the dems just made a lifelong republican out of me with this shitshow, and i guarantee i'm not the only one.

Yet this time, its every other sentence and every single time Biden comes up. They literally just moved him as President the day of the election with a weasel phrase.
