The halfway reasonable sounding argument is that it was less people voting for Biden, and more them voting against Trump.
That said, this kind of apathy doesn't win elections. You'd think people would be tuning in, if for no other reason than to spite Trump supporters. If merely clicking a YouTube video is too much effort....
That argument falls apart in the face of Biden undervotes. I would believe Trump not bringing along the down ballot, but who the hell voted just for Uncle Joe?
my thoughts exactly, far quicker to tick one box than the whole list.... odd too considering there were apparently mail in ballots and the dead people signing them should have had plenty of time :P
I'm pretty sure I remember on election day the reports of underwhelming turnout in urban precincts. And photos of empty polling places where they were expecting lines of voters in Dem-heavy areas.
The retards of Reddit have given the post about this on r/conservative about 700 awards as it stands. There honestly isn't adequate language to describe how pathetic these people are.
Yeah, i get that the media did a good job of brainwashing people to mindlessly hate trump but they rammed through shit like mass mail-in voting, the whole shady shit surrounding dominion, ballots being back-dated, they just outright stole it in about the most blatant way possible.
People are gonna be pissed and i can't blame them. I think they created a monster down the road, someone that is all those things they accuse trump of will run and get in, and i'm one of the ones that will happily vote for him. I don't even give a damn at this point, i've been largely apathetic about voting but i'm registering and voting in every goddamned election from here on out, local and federal, straight ticket republican. They can run on a platform of trampling my rights and coming to my house and assfucking me personally, the dems just made a lifelong republican out of me with this shitshow, and i guarantee i'm not the only one.
Although if they were this blatant then hey, nothing else matters until people get fed up with decades of dem rule, because theyre just gonna keep fucking doing it. This whole thing has been infuriating, these shitheads have a special place in hell.
Actually, there is a very reasonable argument that Joe Biden could have gotten very close, or just barely won the election. Third Party votes collapsed, and most of those were leftists. The anti-establishment Left joined the establishment, and the non-committal Left did too. It's not just in very specific counties. If you look even to places like Oregon and Washington where Trump had no chance of winning and there were serious riots, the change from 2016 was that those places went further Left.
I agree that the rioting and the violence smashed a lot of centrist voters and pushed them right, but I'd actually argue that they helped the Democrats.
The Left is fully defined through War as a philosophy. Every aspect of every action is decided by power alone. The Establishment gave the radical leftists a carrot, and the center-leftists a stick. The radical Left saw that Joe Biden could be controlled and influenced, and that the establishment would take no action against them. They were offered a taste of the unlimited power they always desired. The Center-Left were then told by the Radical Left & the Establishment that there would be no further discussion on this issue. There was a movement taking place, and you are either with us, or against us. If you are against us, we burn your fucking house down. We will come to your homes, we will attack you in the street, no one will defend you.
Now, you might think, "Gizortnik, that would piss me off. I'd fight! Even if I'd lose, I wouldn't give into threats." That's right, you consider principles more significant than power. But that's why you're not a Leftist. Power is more significant than any principle to the Left. The Left won't fight. They see power, and they obey.
I've been saying for years now that the Left Establishment has been effectively engaging in mass emotional and psychological abuse, on an industrial scale, against 350 million Americans. I'm absolutely right about this, and the tactics they use are identical. The question is, how does an abuse victim respond when their abuser comes home and punches them in the face? Do they leave? Or do they rationalize, make excuses, run apologetics, blame themselves, and then say that sometimes love is hard.
It's the latter. I've not only seen it, I've actually done it before.
This is why the riots never pushed into right-wing areas. They'd be met with very serious, and very real violence. But when the riots pushed into Leftist areas, the Left blamed themselves for not getting with the program in this "historic moment". It is the reaction of the abused. The riots solidified the Left.
Now, it's true that people were put off by the riots. But the establishment had already started to loose control of the moderates, and were concerned that they'd have no control over the Leftists. Allowing the Leftists to riot gave promises of power to the Left, and culled the moderates. Just like if the abusive husband comes home and punches his wife's teeth out. 1/10 will leave, 2/10 will call the police and then backtrack when they show up, 7/10 will make apologetics. Ask any cop.
The terrible truth we know must realize is that a) The Democrats just proved that unlimited violence against their own people works to their own benefit, b) if Donald Trump had stormed Portland with the Marines and killed several members of Antifa, and arrested the governor... he probably would have won Oregon because that would have been something the moderate Left understood.

Women are the only somewhat reasonable possibility. Otherwise we'd have to assume Trump won at minimum 10-1 almost everywhere.

I agree except the only problem is if they steal elections it doesn't matter who you vote for from now on
