I was definitely railroaded on both cases

I won't comment on the story itself, but what he says shows that he is absolutely unwilling and/or unable to take responsibility for his actions. And his family enables him.

100% that.

Sure, I've seen people get railroaded by the cops and prosecutor's office. That's why I think corrupt prosecutors are worse than pedophiles, including Kamala Harris.

That being said, if he took personal responsibility, he wouldn't be constantly framing himself as a victim. He's clearly a fuck up. Especially if he's getting money in prison, probably for drugs.

I'm positive that taking personal responsibility is the single most important step to living a good life. It doesn't guarantee it, but without it you are bound to fail.

Some people in the other RHAZ threads were wondering about why the RHAZ popped up. Turns out there's a batshit insane criminal and some seriously failed parenting at the root of everything.

He would have been born right about at the beginning of the "crack baby" scare. Everyone forgot that they existed, and now they've grown up .. and bred.

he said he was a sovereign individual, an “Indigenous” man and a “remnant of the divine people.” He told the court at the time that he answered only to God and not to the laws of Oregon.

I was laughing pretty hard reading this one.

The west coast has some “interesting” people.

I can't tell if sovereign citizen types have a genuine mental illness or are incredibly stupid or a combination of both.

Stupid and gullible. There's a whole industry of psuedo-scientific legal nonsense that has been invented to rationalize it. Books, lectures, meetings, and everything.

The black version of "Sovereign Citizens" is where they call themselves "Moors" affiliate themselves with a caliphate that no longer exists, and declare that as citizens of this caliphate they have guaranteed rights of what amounts to foreign emissaries, all because they are black and that makes them Moors.

meh meh meh rent bad! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

I voluntarily chose to live out of my car to save on rent money.

Stop being a fucking pussy.

“This put our family in financial devastation, an outrageous mortgage,” she wrote to Frantz, adding that prison phone bills and sending money to Kinney in prison added to her parents’ burden.

a) Sell the house, b) declare bankruptcy, c) STOP SENDING YOUR FELON SON MONEY IN PRISON. IT'S A PRISON. HE DOESN'T NEED MONEY, HE'S THE WARD OF THE STATE.

When Kinney got a chance to speak at the hearing, he said he was a sovereign individual, an “Indigenous” man and a “remnant of the divine people.” He told the court at the time that he answered only to God and not to the laws of Oregon.

FFS. We got a live one.

Asked about his prison disciplinary record, Kinney said it was a difficult environment. “It was a jungle in there,” he said. “I don’t know how I survived. It’s a blessing and a miracle to have survived such drastic circumstances.”

"I repeatedly broke prison rules, and violated the law."

The family had paid off the house but took out a mortgage after Kinney’s first arrest to pay for defense attorneys, according to the website and court records.

Again, that's a pretty bad move if you want to stay in that house. Anyone could have told you that, including your lawyer.

A lender foreclosed on the house for nonpayment in 2018 and sold it to a developer at an auction, public records show. Kinney was arrested at the property on a trespassing accusation Tuesday morning after Multnomah County sheriff’s deputies and Portland police converged on the home to allow contractors to put up a fence and board up the house.

Okay, so no. This isn't about rent. Now you're just fucking squatters. I think people on the right have been giving these people too much credit.
