All this leads to is more bloat in administration more diversity-hires in more diversity-offices and more useless degrees that leave the students that were 'the first in their familiy to get a degree' with absolutely nothing to show for.
You wanna help people to climb out of poverty? Start with using all the money you use for [insert minority]-scholarships and put it in merit-based scholarships for people under a certain yearly income/net worth.
But you won't. Because you are a hostage of your own actions and taking away free shit for people that don't deserve it would cost you your political career. And that's all that matters to you at the end of the day.
