No problem. If you use an android smartphone, you can use blokada/personalDNSfilter/DNS66 on your phone. They will block ads and trackers throughout your android phone. I recommend getting these apps from F-droid app store. Blokada is the most user-friendly.

I have a question, how volatile is the stock market? Judging by this statement even stuff like rumors can make it lose value. Does this mean you have to keep up with the news of all the companies you own stocks of? And how do you keep up with all these news? Do you use something like google news or you look for stuff about that particular company/industry and the countries they are located in?

Deny permissions to apps that you think is unnecessary. Or remove the app. Whether you are on pc or android, wipe out metadata from files/pictures before sharing it online or with anyone.

Don't believe the nonsense that there's nothing you can do to stop big tech spying on you. You can at least minimize the spying.
