Yeah that's how you do it. Add a couple of markers to places you have to get to/things to collect and let the player figure out how to get there.

Perhaps they should take the combat away completely and focus on something like high speed parkour.

The original's appeal depended on not being able to see much further so that memory played a part in speeding through levels. Multiple replays of levels was also assumed. Aside from a few niches, today's games have mostly evolved away from multiple replays, and 3D cameras let you see towards the horizon.

Sonic's original idea is very hard to adapt to 3D.

You could fix this today, you just need the fucking balls to meet force with force.

Not really. No one can solve the problem with force without destroying their future.

It's not every time. People just ignore every time and every person that isn't 'it' so they can reinforce the confirmation bias.

That being said, non-citizens do have the inherent right to self-defense.

Lawyers and losing in court is also expensive for Valve.

I'm guessing it reached the expense tipping point.

There isn't. Marxism espouses the necessity to deconstruct everything so that it may be remade to be compatible with the ideology.

The nice way to say it would be "we want to cut down the tree of the antiquated and plant a new one that's better". Since the ideology attracts the resentful, you get an inflammatory version of it, but it's all the same.

Deconstruction is just a nicer word for destruction.

Arbitration is expensive when too many people have an issue. Forcing them to take the expense of a lawsuit probably reduces the number of cases they have to deal with.

This movie is between 15 and 40 years too late, depending on how you look at it.

Depending on how you look at it, it's at the perfect time to safely pander and preach to the choir for his grifting career advancement.

Patent isn't the same as copyright. Gameplay mechanics can be patented in Japan, apparently. Pretty sure there are gameplay patents in the USA too.

I think it was intended as clickbait rather than malice, considering the article content.
