Tesla apparently has a "BAIL OUT" alert for when their vehicles begin to slide down hills or towards bodies of water
It has some kind of sensor, smoke or temp on the batteries, so it alerts you about a minute before a battery fire starts. That was what the warning was. The driver bailed leaving the Tesla to slide down the ramp into the water as the fire began.
You make something of a point: bad attempts at making humor will often end up with some wordy exasperation pattern.
That being said, your Example #2 is an educational comic: It's not meant to be funny. It's just explaining what entrapment is and isn't.
Obviously I was talking about illegal immigrants. Your original point was that it was humane to shoot them up so that they wouldn't die in 'decrepit vessels'. I took issue with that. It is not humane to do so.
This place has been getting more and more embittered with time. There's practically no humor left. You always struck me as a sensible one, but now you're talking about shooting people being humane. I think the degradation of this place is affecting you too.

Is this meant to counterclaim that some immigrants hold weapons? If so, I still don't think we should gun them indiscriminately. I especially don't think we should call gunning them indiscriminately 'humane.'
Yes, I'm Catholic.
I wouldn't say that protecting your border is murder.
That wordplay, man.
I wouldn't say that women having the right to choose over their body is murder.
There's nothing merciful or compassionate about shooting unarmed people. It is not humane.
My analogy did have a correspondence with the previous post:
Shooting immigrants on sight to stop them the inhumane suffering of dying while trying to cross illegally is like killing the unborn to free them from all inhumane future sufferings.
It's the same logic of justifying murder out of "concern" for the victim.
That's silly. I'm a legal immigrant and I'm not an agent of warfare.
