1. The ideal way to do heritability studies is by looking at adopted twins. Basically, what they have found is that if you take a Japanese kid whose parents had an IQ of 107, and put them in a white family whose parents had an IQ of 100, the best guess of his adult IQ will be 107, not 100. (family conditions generally have zero predictive power on IQ - the non-heritable aspects of IQ seem to us to be 'random' [most likely developmental events in the womb, or singular, unique events in environment that are individualized and don't effect multiple individuals])

2. The results are replicable throughout decades and hated by 99% of social 'scientists'.

3. It is true that you can train for IQ tests, though the extent to which will differ (everyone can get on Mensa is likely untrue). The ideal is to be taking a test that has not been specifically trained for, which at a population level, is generally the case, but can make the individual score unreliable. That IQ is generally measuring something real and something useful is indicated by its high correlation with life outcomes AND brain size.

This chart is not very useful, because there exist differing selection biases in who makes it to America from different places.

Chinese IQ IN China is on average I believe slightly higher than whites as well (see Richard Lynn).

My guess is that whites have much more variance in IQ. White trash is real.

It is mostly genetics. Though of course, destruction of family is not helpful and likely the cause of much of the dysfunction in black america (and basically all of america at this point, unfortunately). However, it's not a cause of lower IQ - if it were, we'd expect black IQ to have decreased from 1950 to now as black single motherhood rates went from 20% to 80%. Black IQ hasn't decreased over time.

Adult IQ is extremely heritable (most of the variance in adult IQ is caused by genetics). Parenting style is basically meaningless for IQ unless you are beating your children or your home is illiterate. Blacks in the U.S. have precisely the IQ you would predict based on their mix of white and african genes (african IQ is lower than american black IQ, the '57' black africans in this chart is skewed because african immigrants to the U.S. are more likely to have higher IQ, look up Richard Lynn).

The N is really small for the mixes, I wouldn't take them too seriously.

While I, in general, agree with your concerns about backwards looking analysis, confounders, and misleading data, in this case the numbers are so extreme that occam's razor points strongly in the direction of causality (or at least a shared cause). And since we don't have randomized prospective trials, we have to look backwards and do the best we can.

Speaking of shared causes, if you have any data or anecdotes to suggest that most of the unvaxxed people died in hospice and weren't given the vaccine because it was pointless, please send it my way, because it would drastically change my opinion (of course!)

Regarding differing average health levels of the two groups and the convergence. Totally agreed that this convergence could indiciate long-term health complications from the vaccine. Right now, if I had to bet, I would say both that the vaccines saved a lot of elderly lives, but will also cost lives in the future due to side effects (and given the extreme age stratification of death rates from covid should never have been given to the non-elderly).

And yes, it is 100% possible that the vaccines 'got lucky' by saving lives by preventing people from getting delta until omicron came about, but in that case the vaccines still saved lives. And I most certainly am not advocating for -more- mRNA vaccinations post-omicron.

Finally, since I never mentioned it - looking at just excess deaths in general between the two groups is basically the best you can do, since it limits bullshit from covid classification, but it is still susceptible to bad vaccination classification. Sure, but if you look at the data I posted, the vaccinated/unvaccinated 60+ age death rates have converged as of about 2022, but they were staggeringly different in 2020. I don't see any plausible explanation other than covid for the massive difference in 60+ aged deaths between the vaxxed and unvaxxed in 2020.

Swedish excess deaths were falling consistently until recently. You absolutely may be right that vax side effects are causing the recent turnaround however. It is unconscionable that they were ever given to any healthy/young person.

I think it's phrased a bit weirdly. By sum of the 'difference', I think they just mean they are summing up excess deaths and deaths at each period and then comparing the difference to get the %s. Usually a cumulative graph would be something like this (and I would assume it is here):

Raw data:

Jan: Actual deaths 400; Average deaths 500

Feb: Actual deaths 600; Average deaths 500

Mar: Actual deaths 1000; Average deaths 500

Cumulative deaths as a % of the average cumulative deaths:

Jan - (400/500)-1 = -20%

Feb - (1000/1000)-1 = 0%

Mar - (2000/1500)-1 = 33.3%

95%+ of female math majors are doing it to go into education, usually with a plan of getting a masters in math education. 2. Hooters waitresses don't promote or participate in any sexual or faux-sexual activity
3. Hooters waitresses aren't trying to queer/trans/straight/whatever your kids. Drag performers doing it for kids explicitly are.
