I’m sorry nigger, are you confused? I went and verified that that Wentworth location has a 2.2% property tax.

Have any documentation that says different? I’ll wait!

In the meantime, keep being a nigger.

To be fair this was the prequels under George Lucas

That’s the argument of a loser.

“Why do you care about the best way to do something” is not a real argument, just admit you’re a butthurt little bitch who can’t think objectively on the issue because your little fee fees demand your ego be placated.

This is a retardedly childish statement. Sales taxes kill economic growth, if you don’t believe me look at every major city with higher sales tax rates versus lower.

Also if you don’t spend your money inflation will just eat it anyways, not sure what your great logic here is other than your fee fees getting hurt.

Ahaus667 1 point ago +1 / -0

So you agree with me? Shocking retard…

1
Ahaus667 1 point ago +1 / -0

Right?! The problem is I double checked and it still has a 2.2% property tax.

But hey! I’m still waiting!

There’s dozens of countries where government won’t interfere or intercede for you, try one!

You won’t because you want to bitch, I’m sure you’re well aware of the reality of anarchic structures.

The point isn't to have the optimal economic zone. The point is to take the only what is necessary to provide common services to the people paying for them.

You’re contradicting yourself. If we’re taking only what is necessary then the optimal tax for economic growth is the best option because it leaves the most for the citizens.

"Stagnation" is fine. Companies used to transition from growth to value when they matured. Countries need to learn to do the same. Besides, I don't agree with your premise. The main reason Europe is stagnant is overregulation. They've stamped out innovation, which is where growth should come from and are now trying to "grow" by throwing useless warm bodies at it.

Stagnation is fine IF we don’t have a fiat currency. Short of that stagnation is death. All of Europe is not over regulated, Switzerland is a prime example and has half the GDP growth per capita. They’re 4th in tax friendliness globally, the only key difference between the two countries is the Valued Added Tax.

Centralized/decentralized does not dictate the source from which you draw tax revenue. You need shit for local tax expenditures? Cool, take your taxes from local sources by means that aren't fucking property taxes. You're like some sort of autist who's convinced that property taxes are the only way to accrue tax revenue.

Decentralized property taxes are, bar none, the most economically stable tax and repeatedly show the best net benefits. Just because you’re a retard who has an emotional tantrum over this, it will never change this hard fact. Jacking up sales taxes stagnates the economy, VAT taxes stagnate the economy, income taxes stagnates the economy. Property taxes have no egregious consequences unless they push the laffer curve.

Again, you’re an economically illiterate retard that wants their fee fees appeased so you can pretend you “own” your property that the government can kick you out of at their whim.

And there it is. The Commie sympathies out in the open.

Ah yes, the commie founding fathers… keep blithering retard, no one’s stopping you from moving to Africa where’s there no property taxes.

You really have the balls to call me economically illiterate and then turn around and pretend that it super duper matters where the government gets X dollars in taxes from? That said X dollars will somehow be more effective and have more purchasing power if they're collected via property tax but if they collect them via sales tax they don't work as well? Get the fuck out of here you absolute clown.

Yes retard, decentralized taxes are MORE effective, you’re too fucking illiterate to understand the difference or why.

The issue is not "I don't want to pay taxes" you disingenuous sperg, the issue is "I don't want to pay taxes because I already paid taxes on this and you don't get to charge me to continue owning things I actually own, otherwise I don't in fact own it."

No shit you don’t own it retard. The government can at any given moment come take your property if they want. No amount of taxes or no taxes changes that. Get it through you thick head, you don’t own it, the government lets you have it as long as they see fit. Again, you are not some independent nation, you don’t magically get all the benefits of government without paying property taxes. If you want to bitch more go read why the founding fathers determined property taxes were the most effective basis, those property taxes pay for your property rights you complete blithering retard.

Fucking roll up some new tax scheme to make up the difference in revenue that costs me exactly the same amount of money and I'm happy to pay it. It's a matter of principle not pragmatism you absolute fucking hobgoblin.

Retards like you are why we have income tax, you’re an emotionally controlled retard incapable of even mild economic literacy. You will cry about spending 1/10 the taxes on a home when it’s the most beneficial tax for individuals and has the most direct impact on your community.

You want to pay your local lord for the privilege any and all material possessions because those actually just belong to the local lord and not you. Stop pussy footing around it and own your position: You don't believe in the concept of owning property.

This is so hilariously stupid it’s adorable. Tell me when the roving band of ferals come for you are you going to be able to fend them off yourself? If the government comes and claim’s eminent domain are you going to fight them off? The South African farmers fleeing to the US are glad to pay property taxes for that reason.

You’re a child larping as an adult thinking that somehow not paying a tax on something makes it “yours”, hilariously coddled first world view. Have you written you state government demanding they have no claim to your property?

I’ll wait.

Ah yes, the pilgrims were feudalists, same with the founding fathers and every rational economist. You understand that even if you don’t have property taxes you never own your property and the government can kick you off it at any given moment simply because they want to? Paying taxes or not paying taxes doesn’t make the property any more or less yours. Property taxes are bar none the least invasive tax there is and the one that doesn’t damage economic growth.

There’s still exceptional talent out there, it’s just mostly older and aging out now sadly. When the music industry killed rock they pushed slop hard.

1
Ahaus667 1 point ago +1 / -0

And the local government funded itself with property taxes. I agree that house seizure is insane versus a lien or garnishment, that’s one part of property taxes that needs to be eliminated.

1
Ahaus667 1 point ago +1 / -0

There is, pretending otherwise is foolish, if you truly believe there should be no taxes you should visit countries without them.

1
Ahaus667 1 point ago +1 / -0

Post one home in New Hampshire that doesn’t pay property taxes. I’ll wait.

1
Ahaus667 1 point ago +1 / -0

There is no avoiding income tax. You will always pay it indirectly.

1
Ahaus667 1 point ago +1 / -0

Look at you complaining about the effects of income tax!

Data centers are an abomination that kill jobs while skyrocketing utilities, other than that couldn’t give two shits about AI in general.

1
Ahaus667 1 point ago +1 / -0

Then you’re the most economically illiterate millionaire on the planet. How many orders of magnitude more do you think income tax is over property taxes in a lifetime?

1
Ahaus667 1 point ago +1 / -0

Because they don’t have paved roads, water mains, schools, sewers, or trash services and… STILL PAY PROPERTY TAXES

That and we can’t even get the top tier “American talent” to be bothered to do one patriotic show in their lives. The difference between America 200 and America 250 is the difference between a country and an economic zone.
