This is so hilariously stupid it’s adorable. Tell me when the roving band of ferals come for you are you going to be able to fend them off yourself? If the government comes and claim’s eminent domain are you going to fight them off? The South African farmers fleeing to the US are glad to pay property taxes for that reason.

The issue is not "I don't want to pay taxes" you disingenuous sperg, the issue is "I don't want to pay taxes because I already paid taxes on this and you don't get to charge me to continue owning things I actually own, otherwise I don't in fact own it."

Get it through you thick head, you don’t own it, the government lets you have it as long as they see fit. Again, you are not some independent nation, you don’t magically get all the benefits of government without paying property taxes. If you want to bitch more go read why the founding fathers determined property taxes were the most effective basis, those property taxes pay for your property rights you complete blithering retard.

That said X dollars will somehow be more effective and have more purchasing power if they're collected via property tax but if they collect them via sales tax they don't work as well?
